This figure represents the financial performance of 212 traditional franchise restaurants (“Traditional Franchises”) with a drive-thru that were in operation continuously during fiscal year 2023, as published in Item 19 of our March 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”). While there were 222 Traditional Franchises with a drive-thru operating at the end of fiscal year 2023, ten Traditional Franchises with a drive-thru were excluded from the financial performance representation because they either did not report sales in all 53 weeks during year 2023, were not open and operating for the entire fiscal year 2023, or converted to a Traditional Franchise with a drive-thru during fiscal year 2023.
