1) This figure represents the financial performance of 485 traditional franchised restaurants (“Traditional Franchises”) that were in operation continuously during fiscal year 2024, as published in Item 19 of our March 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”). While there were 502 Traditional Franchises operating at the end of fiscal year 2023, 42 Traditional Franchises were excluded from the financial performance representation because they either did not report sales in all 52 weeks during fiscal year 2024, were not open and operating during the entire fiscal year 2024, or were co-branded. Of the remaining 485 Traditional Franchises, 108 (or 22%) were at or above the average net sales of $1,235,422. You should review our FDD for details about these figures.
